Robert was born in 1969 in Wrocław, Poland. He graduated from the Faculty of Pedagogy and Artistic Education in Wałbrzych, Poland and completed two-year artistic weaving seminar in Wrocław under the tuition of prof. Ewa Poradowska-Werszler. He is a member of the “Weft” Weaving Group at the “Na Jatkach” Weaving Gallery in Wrocław. He runs therapy centre for mentally disabled people, where art therapy is one of the forms of rehabilitation. He presented his textiles for the first time in Wrocław in 1995. He has held 7 solo exhibitions, including Wrocław, Wałbrzych and Częstochowa, Poland. He has also participated in group exhibitions in Poland and abroad, as well as in festivals of artistic textile. He draws inspiration for his works from nature, which is his best muse.
