Barbara Pierzgalska was born in Siedlce, Poland and graduated from the Department of Textile of the State Higher School of Visual Arts in Łódź, Poland. She works with painting, unique textiles and industrial textiles. She has been a recipient of the grant from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. Barbara is a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers and the Association of Polish Pastellists. She has participated in many exhibitions in Poland and abroad, including: Croatia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Germany, Serbia and Hungary. She has held several dozen solo exhibitions. Her works can be found in the museum collections in Poland, as well as in private collections in Poland and abroad.
