Wiktoria graduated from the Department of Artistic Weaving of the Lvov Institute of Fine Arts in 1979. Since 1989 she has been an academic teacher at the Lvov National Academy of Fine Arts. She works with artistic textile. Wiktoria has participated in many solo exhibitions and group exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. She has held solo exhibitions in: Lvov, Ukraine; Kraków, Rzeszów, and Opole, Poland; Mieming, Austria; Beeskow Zauerlach, Germany; and Toronto, Canada. She is a member of the Ukrainian Visual Artists Union. Her works can be found in museum collections and private collections in Ukraine, Austria, Israel, Canada, Germany, Poland, and the USA.
