Doctor Iwona Bugajska-Bigos is an Artistic Education academic teacher in the State Higher Vocational School in Nowy Sącz, Poland. She graduated from the Faculty of Artistic Education of the University of Silesia in Cieszyn, Poland with a degree in painting. She finished her postgraduate study in the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, Poland in the field of painting and artistic textile and wrote her PhD in the Department of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków (2009). Iwona has participated in over 90 group exhibitions and 18 solo exhibitions. She works with artistic textiles, painting and enamels.
