Ewa Bartosz-Mazuś works as an artist and as a textile, pottery and painting instructor in the Cultural and Sports Centre in Zakopane in the Tatra Mountains. She has received several awards for her didactic and artistic activity. Ewa has given 7 solo exhibitions. Since 1989 she has participated in group exhibitions in Poland and abroad (China, Canada, Slovakia, Romania, Ukraine, the USA, Hungary and Italy). Latest exhibitions: the 12th Polish National Exhibition of Unique Textiles in the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź, Poland in 2016; “Extreme Fibres Exhibition” in the Dennos Museum Center in Traverse City, USA in 2016; the “Form and Colour Laboratory Bernadetta Nowak & Ewa Bartosz Mazuś” exhibition in Zakopane, Poland in 2015; the “Extreme Fibres Exhibition” in the Muskegon Museum of Art in Muskegon, USA in 2015; the “Fate, Destiny and Self Determination” in the TRAMES la Galerie et le Centre des Textiles Contemporains de Montréal, Canada in 2015; the 12th Concorso Internationale di Arazzo a Fiber Art in Parma, Italy in 2015; the 5th Triennial of Tapestry “Atelije 61” in Novi Sad, Serbia in 2014; the International Biennial of Miniature Arts – Timişoara 2014 in Romania; the 8th Fiber Art Biennial “From Lausanne to Beijing” in Nantong, China in 2014; and the 8th International Artistic Linen Cloth Biennial in the Museum of Crafts in Krosno, Poland in 2014. Her works can be found in the museum collections and private collections in Poland and abroad.
