Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw in 1967. The organizer of an artistic group „10 x YES” in Wroclaw (1972). The curator of the International Workshop – Symposium “Weaving Workshop – Kowary” (since 1975). The owner of the Artistic Weaving Gallery “ Na Jatkach”. The member of European Textile Network since 1991. The organizer of the Fundation for Development of Wroclaw Decorative Textile (1991) and the founder of the Wroclaw Weaving Workshop (1992). The curator and jurur of an European Biennial “Flexible 1” Pan European Art ( Bayreuth). The lecturer of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw (since 1996) and the tutor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz (since 2002). In 2000 she was an artistic consultant on 1^st International Artistic Linen Cloth Biennale “Z krosna do Krosna”. The honorary member of the Society for the Propagation of Fine Arts. Her works has been presented on 33 solo and over 215 group exhibitions in Poland and abroad. Awarded several times, among others:“Art-Stilon ‘87”, 4^th Biennale of Sacral Art, Grand Prix “Weaving Workshop – Kowary ‘95”, 1^st International Artistic Linen Cloth Biennale – Krosno 2000. The author of the book “W kręgu sztuki Wandy Bibrowicz”.
