Marija Bobjak was born in 1949. She graduated from the Department of Textile of the Ivan Trush State College of Decorative and Applied Arts in Lviv. She is a member of the Ukrainian Association of Artists. From 2001 to 2002 she has worked in the Lviv Children's School of Folk Arts and from 2002 to 2010 she has worked in the Academy of Art Design. Marija has participated in many exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad.
